摘要:

非常规油气储层常采用斜井水平井开采,井筒中多相流流型复杂多变,多采用阵列探头覆盖全井筒横截面进行测量.以阵列式生产测井组合仪中电容阵列仪CAT和电阻阵列仪RAT为例,欲采用12个不同探测特性的电容、电阻探头来真实反映全井筒的流动信息,需要考虑井身轨迹、流型和成像算法的关系.本文分析了不同流型与CAT和RAT仪器测井响应的关系,基于Matlab和12个探头的测井数据,采用简单距离反比加权、高斯径向基函数插值算法求取井筒截面上未测量位置的信息,得出了二维持率成像.对1口水平井测量数据进行分析,得出特定井斜、流型和各相流量时,较优的测量仪器和成像算法,进而为水平井流动剖面的定量解释提供依据.

Abstract:

The unconventional oil and gas reservoirs are often exploited by the deviated and horizontal well. Because the multiphase flow patterns are complicated and changeable in the wellbore, it is used to measure the cross section of the whole well with the array probes. Using Capacitance Array Tool (CAT) and Resistance Array Tool (RAT) of Multiple Array Production Suite (MAPS) as an example, if the flow information of the wellbore is truly reflected by the capacitance and resistance probe of 12 different detection characteristics, then the relationship between the wellbore trajectories, flow pattern and imaging algorithm needs to be considered. In this paper, firstly the log response relationship between different flow pattern and CAT or RAT is analyzed. Secondly, based on Matlab and logging data of 12 probes, a simple distance inverse weighted and Gaussian radial basis function interpolation algorithm are used to calculate the untested location information, and the two-dimension holdup imaging is obtained. Thirdly, the measurement data of a horizontal well is analyzed, and the optimal measuring instrument and imaging algorithms are obtained in a particular well deviation, flow pattern and each phase flow rate. Then it provides a basis for quantitative interpretation of horizontal well flow profile.
