Construction of information management platform for strategic mineral resources reserve of China based on GeoCloud

摘要:

战略性矿产资源储备是保障国家资源安全和经济可持续发展的重要手段.为了辅助我国正在开展的战略性矿产资源储备工作管理好、应用好相关的储备数据,本文分析了矿产资源储备靶区评价要求和内容,设计了以储备勘查区、储备矿产地为核心且涉及多专题的空间数据及属性数据的数据模型,并在大数据平台上创建了我国战略性矿产资源储备数据库;在地质云环境下,基于面向服务体系结构搭建了我国战略性矿产资源储备信息管理平台,开发了调用储备信息平台上的属性服务、空间服务、计算服务等组件以完成各业务功能的矿产资源储备门户.使用系统完成了我国第一批新疆、青海、西藏、云南三江成矿带等四个地区288个储备靶区的数据入库(储备勘查区209个、储备矿产地79个)与管理,是辅助我国其他省份完成矿产资源储备工作的重要工具,可为矿产资源储备精准化评价与分析提供丰富数据和有力的技术支撑.

Abstract:

Strategic mineral resources reserve is an important means to guarantee national resources security and economic sustainable development. It is necessary to manage and apply the related data for the ongoing strategic mineral resources reserve work of China. This paper analyzes evaluation requirements and contents of mineral resources reserve target area, designs the data model which taking the reserve exploration area and reserve mineral deposit as the core entities with many spatial and property data of other various special subjects. The Chinese strategic mineral resources reserve database is created on big data platform within GeoCloud environment. The information management platform for strategic mineral resources reserve is built based on service-oriented architecture and management portal is developed using HTML5 in GeoCloud. The portal can access the backend property services, spatial services and computing services those published on the platform to complete the business functions of mineral resources reserve. Using management system to perform the data storage and management of 288 reserve target areas (209 reserve exploration areas, 79 reserve mineral deposits) from Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet and Yunnan Sanjiang Metallogenic Belt. It can fulfil the following mineral resources reserve works of all other provinces of China, and provide a powerful tool for accurate evaluation and prediction of mineral resources reserve in the future.
