铁磁钻具引起测斜仪方位角误差的校正方法研究

Nearly horizontal drill hole attitude measurement and aizmuth error correction caused by drilling tool

摘要: 基于煤矿井下近水平钻孔姿态测量的实际需求,阐述了采用三轴加速度计与三轴磁强计构成磁测斜仪测量钻孔倾斜角、工具面向角和方位角的具体方法,分析了影响测量精度的各种误差来源.针对铁磁钻具引入的附加干扰磁场会造成方位角测量误差,提出了借助当地地磁场对方位角误差进行校正的方法.测试结果表明,相比于使用前、后无磁钻具时方位角的测量结果,去掉测斜仪前后的无磁钻具并采用该校正方法,仍可获得高精度的方位角.该校正方法只需在软件算法上做改进就可以使测斜仪钻铤抛掉配套的前、后无磁钻具,在保证测量精度的同时大幅节约了仪器成本并拓宽了测斜仪的应用.

Abstract: According to actual requirements of nearly horizontal drill hole attitude measurement underground coalmine, the paper proposes a concrete method of measuring the pitch, the roll and the azimuth by magnetic inclinometer,which is composed of three mutually orthogonal accelerometers and magnetometers. Various error sources affecting the measurement accuracy are analyzed. As a result of drill tool made by ferromagnetic material, disturbing magnetic field caused by the ferromagnetic material leads to azimuth measurement error. In order to solve the problem, the azimuth calibration method by means of local geomagnetic field is provided. Test result shows high accuracy azimuth can be obtained from the calibration method when front and back non-magnetic drill collar is discarded, compared to azimuth measurement used front and back non-magnetic drill collar. Only by improving the software algorithm, the calibration method can compensate for the effects of disturbing magnetic fields caused by drill tool ferromagnetic material without matched front and back non-magnetic drilling collar. While ensuring the measurement accuracy, the cost of the instrument is greatly reduced and the application of the inclinometer is broadened.
